Refund Policy
Returns
ESSON has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to ship/return it to our returns center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 14 business days of receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label etc.), using the documents provided in the package. Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks relating to the return of the Product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.
For customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, intact, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
The customer does not have to justify the reasons for his return or pay any penalties, except for the return costs and any potential customs duties.
ESSON cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package. Packages for which customer identification (name, first name, address and return code) is not possible will be refused.
Upon receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by email.
Exchanges
If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your items to us and simply place a new order for the piece you are interested in on esson.eu
Refunds
• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
• Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.
• All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
• All products delivered in their own box, including shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original undamaged box, as they are considered part of the product.
• Please make sure to return large products that come in their own box inside another sturdy cardboard box to avoid damaging the original packaging.

Quality
If an item received is classified as defective and has been damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
