Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or mistyped at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been handed over to the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 2-5 (business) days.


Please note that orders may take 2-5 business days for France from the date of dispatch and 5-10 business days for the rest of the world , not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You also have the possibility to follow the status of your order on the La Poste website in the "TRACK MY PACKAGE" section.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from ESSON, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS

If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim ( esson.madeinfrance@gmail.com ).


We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process.

We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items are out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding your original payment method for the items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it is made up of multiple items.
